Eli Lilly moved into its new research and development center, marking the pharma giant’s shift from Cambridge to Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. This $700 million project was completed in August 2024 and now open for business. J. Moriarty the general contractor finished construction of the entire project and Cadwell completed (see photo lobby logo wall by Cadwell) the design, build and install of over 2,000 signs at this new Seaport location at 15 Necco Street, Boston.

The new 334,000 sq ft Lilly Institute for Genetic Medicine is now open at 15 Necco Street in Boston’s Seaport Innovation District. See more here: Lilly Inks Lease for $700M Life Science Project.

Cadwell worked closely with J. Moriarty on the entire interior sign package completing all the required ADA signs, wayfinding signs, conference room, room ID signs and lobby branding. In addition, Cadwell completed all the base building signs required for tenant occupancy.
